Where do I find my serial number?
In case you bought C172 on store you should find the serial number after you log in to your account and open C172 in your purchase product history .
In case you purchased the product on Aerosoft you should have the serial number in the email from Aerosoft.

C172 doesn´t update automatically though I have Product Manager.
It´s very likely that you have old version of Product Manager. In that case go to your account in store and download it again.

My activation key doesn´t work.
First make sure you type in the correct form of your serial number. Other issue might be that you already used all your activations - in that case send us email and we will add you more activations.

Does C172 work still in X-Plane 10?
Yes, but you need to download the correct version. In the store, your account and purchase history, at C172 you will find several links to download. Make sure you download X-Plane 10 version.
