Airfoillabs has heard the requests many of you have been asking for and, for the first time, introduces an Aircraft model for the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. The BRISTELL B23 is one of our favorite airplanes, as all of us here at Airfoillabs have experience flying this remarkable airplane as we fly it at our local aviation club regularly.
There is a plan, for the longer term, to make this beauty a study-level simulation for X-Plane 12, too.
We enjoy making things we love, and we're sure you'll love them too. So without further ado, Airfoillabs is introducing the BRISTELL B23 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and you can already get your copy of our BRISTELL B23 directly from the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Marketplace for $24.99!

C172 NG DIGITAL is coming this Fall! We're also working on an ANALOG version that will be modular and can incorporate other third-party avionics, such as the GTN 750 and others. The analog version is coming in Spring 2022. Both Airplanes are being developed for X-Plane 11, though we're counting on the support of both C172 NG DIGITAL and ANALOG in Laminar's Research X-Plane 12.
Dear Friends and followers, we're excited to introduce the Airfoillabs King Air update 1.5 for X-Plane 11. We spent quite a bit of time focusing on the physical model, avionics, performance, and general handling of our airplane, as well as fixing bugs. 5th in-line, this update also introduces new features. Check out the Release Notes.
What awaits you? Brand new C172 with many features: brand new 3D model, FMOD sounds system, and much more. As we did with our previous Cessna 172, we’re again cooperating with real-life pilots and instructors who are helping us to test the physical model and performance. Excited? We certainly are! Stay tuned. More is to come!
We want to present the results of our latest development progress of the iconic Dakota airplane. The screens represent the current state of 3d modeling and PBR texturing. Behind the scenes, the primary flight model is ready, but as we aim for high realism, it will take time to finish all the systems. The release date is not set - we want a study level Dakota that we dream about, which is the priority.
We would like to wish you a happy and very healthy New Year. This community is fantastic, and we would like to thank you for your kind support. We wanted to accomplish more in the past year, but as probably for everybody in 2020, it was not as straightforward as we expected. But let's stay positive! We are very optimistic about 2021. I believe we will also witness a lot of new exciting movements in the X-Plane simulation platform. You can find some sneak peeks screens in the New Year's card. More exciting development progress news will follow soon.
